Porvoo race: On Saturday the 8th of June, we honor the local cyclist Ole Wackström with a memorial race and on Sunday the 9th of June we have the Finnish classic Porvoo race – The toughest race in Finland. On August 4th in the beautiful Porvoo and on its challenging hills we have the recreational road ride for the fitness and road race cyclists.

Porvoon Ajot - The cycling classic of Finland since 1926. The most important road race in Finland takes place in Porvoo, 50 kilometres east of Helsinki. The race is held annually in the beginning of June. In 2019 the race is set to take place the 9th of June. The day before another international race in Porvoo, Ole Wackström Memorial, is organized. This year the date is set to 8th June.
Porvoon Ajot is the oldest cycle race in Finland. It belongs to the same category of one day classics such as Paris-Roubaix, Ronde van Vlaanderen and Liege-Bastogne-Liege. Porvoon Ajot was founded in 1926 and has always been organized in the start of June. This year is this classic race will be held Sunday June 9th for the 92. time.
